Understanding the PDR Process: What to Expect When You Bring Your Car In For a Quick Assessment

If you’re new to paintless dent repair (PDR) and wondering how the process works, you’re in the right place. PDR is a fantastic solution for dent removal, especially if you’re dealing with minor dents, and hail damage repair.

Initial Assessment

The PDR process begins with a detailed inspection of your vehicle’s dents. During this assessment, I examine the damage to ensure PDR is the best option and confirm that the dents don’t require traditional repair methods. If you’re dealing with extensive hail damage repair, I may look closely to check the size, depth, and location of each dent.

Once the assessment is complete, I’ll provide a repair plan and estimate so you know what to expect in terms of time and cost.

Step 2: Preparing for the Repair

If you approve the plan, we will work with you to get you scheduled for a convenient time that works best. Some repairs can be completed the same day. If you live in Hutchinson, Litchfield, Willmar, Dassel, Atwater and surrounding communities we hope you give us a call at Dent Details to see if we are a good fit for your needs.
